Here are some musical instruments that I've built over the years.

This is an acoustic guitar built from a kit available from Martin Guitar.  It's in the HD28 style with a nice two piece back and herringbone binding.  It has a booming bottom end, typical of Martin dreadnaught guitars.  This was the first instrument that I built and I did it over 10 years ago.  It took quite a long time and I don't play it as much as I should. Here's their website:

Accoustic Guitar that I built

This is an electric guitar built from a kit from Saga Music.  There's quite lot of information on the Internet about these guitars.  Here's a link to the whole story on mine from GuitarAttack.com.  They have a whole section devoted to the Saga Sagas.

Electric Guitar

I built this from a kit from Grizzly Industrial.  They sell tools mostly, but their president likes to build guitars so they sell guitar kits as well as other instrument kits.  You can get more information from their website:

I built one for my grandson as well.

Ukelele that I built

This is a mandolin (the MattIron) from Cumberland Accoustic.  I've wanted a flat mandolin for a long time and just stumbled on this kit.  They don't plan to have many for sale and may be out of them already.  Their website is: http://www.cumberlandacoustic.com
